Our Hospital Palliative Care Team based in Sligo University Hospital – provides palliative care to patients at Sligo University Hospital and their families, and provides support to the hospital’s medical and nursing teams. The Team aims to provide a seamless link in the flow of care between the hospital, the hospice In-Patient Unit and Community Palliative Care, assisting patients and their families to make the most appropriate decisions according to their individual care needs.
