TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DRAW

1. The intended beneficiary of the draw is North West Hospice Charity Company Limited by Guarantee (register charity number CHY 7983) (the “Promoter”).
2. Entry to the draw can be purchased online at northwesthospice.ie or by way of a ticket purchased directly from the Promoter, their servants and/or agents. No entry shall be accepted from any person who is under the age of 18 years. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the draw in which case any person who has paid for entry into the draw may seek a refund from the Promoter.
3. By entering this draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (as amended from time to time). The Promoter reserves the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time by notice published on www.northwesthospice.ie.
4. The draw is intended to be held on Friday 27^th June 2025. All entries must be received by the Promoter on or before that date and any purported entry after this date will not be eligible for entry into the final draw. However, the Promoter reserves the right (without liability to you or any third party) to postpone either or both the closing date for sale of tickets and/or the date on which the final draw will take place. The decision of the Promoter as to the validity of any entry into the draw and as to the winner(s) of the draw shall be final.
5. The prize shall be an Audi A3 Sedan S line TDI 6 speed progressive red metallic with adaptive cruise control, black styling packaging plus and a top speed of 210 km/h and is valued at €49,589.94 and no cash or other alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right from time to time to make additional prizes available. Neither the Promoter nor their servants or agents accept any responsibility for any dissatisfaction with the prize(s) or any services provided in connection with the delivery of the prize(s).
6. The winner(s) of the prize(s) shall be announced following the draw and their name(s) and address(es) may subsequently be published by Promoter. However, it shall be the responsibility of each winner to claim their prize following the draw and the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw any prize that has not been claimed by the winner within 14 days from the date of the draw.
7. By entering the draw, you consent to the processing by the Promoter their servants and/or agents of your personal data for all purposes in connection with the draw and the winner of every prize consents to the their personal data (including their respective names, addresses and images) being shared with third parties for the purposes of publicity after the final draw.
8. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, their servants and/or agents disclaim all liability to compensation any winner(s) or accept any responsibility (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the draw or the acceptable of any of the prize(s).
9. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the liability of the Promoter, their servants and/or agents (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) to you or any third party arising out of or in connection with the draw and/or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the amount actually paid or payable by you for entry into the draw.
10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law, and you and the Promoter submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
